As a leader on our network management team, you'll oversee teams of analysts and consultants who identify and correct errors of individual network members and systems. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team 50+ Call Agents, Team Leads, and SME’s etc. who perform outbound overpayment recovery collection calls to providers
  • Manage team financial, production and quality targets
  • Coordinates the daily activities of the recovery call team
  • Understand the issues and potential obstacles, offering ideas in solving for them
  • Develop and coach staff
  • Onboard new hires through ramp up coaching
  • Educate staff on audit and recovery operations (e.g., claims processes; policies and procedures, documents, systems)
  • Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to team members
  • May oversee work activities of supervisors
  • Work with internal partners (provider advocates, Network management, UHC) to resolve overpaid claims
  • Adapt inventory strategy as needed based on business needs and targets
  • Handle escalated call backs as needed
  • Partner with Workforce Management to implement team schedules, training, etc.
  • Oversee scheduling adherence
  • Review and address quality review results
  • Create and update policies and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years supervisory experience with direct reports
  • 3+ years of combined medical claims, adjustments, appeals and / or collections experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience
  • Experience analyzing inventory, researching, identifying, and resolving issues
  • Experience sorting, summing, creating bar graphs, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas within Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint
