Role & Responsibilities

Owns territory Plan & execution through Cisco Channel, Marketing and Direct Sales Team in driving collaborative approach in gaining better Partner Mind share & Customer acquisition

1. Owns territory strategy & execution through Named Partners
2.Pro-actively drives creation & execution of Partner Business Plans
3.Gains commitment from Partner Management to develop and execute a Commercial Plan that include allocation of PSRs, agreeing targets and business focus
4.Conducts monthly reviews with Named Partners
5.Assigns sales activities to AM , PSS and other support functions.
6.Drives Partner Plus adoption in Territory through Sales & Marketing activities
7.Communicates Cisco programs and initiatives
8.Provide partner support in key customer engagements where those accounts have been assigned to the respective partner.


Responsible for direct management of multiple partners and delivering business targets from the assigned set of partners.
Responsible for commercial territory assigned and owns revenue, discounts, customer penetration and all other sales metrics for Partner led Market .

Minimum Qualifications

High caliber, high performance individual to drive aspiration goals and will to succeed Responsible for customer/partner relationships and customer satisfaction for the assigned territory Collaborate with counterparts in Channels, Inside Sales and Marketing functions to build a coverage and demand generation engine for achieving revenue and growth objectives for the territory.

15+ Years of Corporate IT Sales Experience with sound knowledge of local market.
