Duties: Lead and manage a team of 2-4 full time associates (Specialist and Senior Specialist, Replenishment and Inventory Management) to ensure optimal level of product availability (in-stock) while staying within budgeted inventory targets through effective end-to-end management of the supply chain - ensuring that assortment, price and availability are a win-win for our customers and Drive system, tools and/or process improvements in working with domestic and overseas suppliers on order management, distribution and transportation operations, and inventory management. Implement financial controls and governance per established guidelines for supplier item purchase orders. Improve item-level demand forecast accuracy using statistical modeling techniques and algorithms. Improve supplier inbound lead times and fill rate by working with Walmart partner technology teams, vendors and cross functional retail partners. Scope of inbound supply chain management spans supplier shipping door to receipt at Walmart fulfilment centers, and covers both domestic and international suppliers including ensuring that import items are being flowed and received into Walmart distribution network seamlessly. Provide functional requirements to the technology team as they work to continuously improve replenishment and inventory management tools, systems and processes necessary for efficiency and growth.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Statistics, or related field and 2 years of product management or supply chain operations experience.

Skills required: Demonstrated analytical skills and experience using SQL and advanced Excel. Experience interpreting and dissecting large amounts of data and producing succinct visual and written summarizations of facts within the data, and developing recommendations around issues and solutions based on data analyzed. Demonstrated understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting and inventory management tools. Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement project or product management. Experience leading a team of people across multiple functions. Experience managing a business end to end; experience interpreting P&L impacts and collaborating with merchandising, finance, category management, logistics and distribution. Experience partnering with technology teams to build automated and scalable tools. Experience influencing vendors and external stakeholders and delivering high operational performance. Experience engaging and building relationships with senior executive level stakeholders. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
