Who You Are

You have experience working on network management or planning software. You possess the ability to understand and drive system-level architecture, and design and debug complicated issues. Your people skills are exemplary since you will be working in a highly collaborative, inclusive, and agile mode in partnership with cross-functional teams such as Development, Hardware, Marketing, Customer Escalation, etc. You pride yourself on your excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS (CS/EC) or equivalent
• 9+ years relevant experience in internetworking technologies and applications; 2+ years of people management.
• Excellent programming skills in any of the languages.
• Excellent knowledge of various optical technologies and protocols like OTN, DWDM, SONET/SDH is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and OS (Unix-based preferred), networking, and design patterns.
• Work experience in CORBA/TL1/SNMP/NetConf or Web Technologies is an advantage.
