What you’ll do

As the Manager, Workplace Design and Development, you will be responsible for developing and deploying Next Generation Workplace solutions and the program to support it will become the Client’s trusted advisor on workspace issues for their line of business.

 Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct internal and external research, understand BU/Executive Strategies from S2P, and develop the Offering Strategy for Workplace Solutions for their Client's line of business.
  • Create an annual research plan and conduct benchmarking to identify innovative solutions for workplace solutions offerings.
  • Identify, clarify, and document new needs or opportunities received via request process for workplace solutions offerings.
  • Create the BC, CC, and EC documentation and confirm resources needed for workplace solutions offerings or enhancements.
  • Develop the conceptual model, change enablement strategy, and test & validation plan for new workplace solutions offering and/or enhancement for the line of business they support.
  • Develop the prototype, test and validate the design, and finalize the design of the workplace solution offering for the line of business they support.
  • Assemble the launch team and conduct a kick-off for development of the standard offerings package for workplace solutions.
  • Responsible for the creation of the standards offering package for workplace solution offerings (includes packaging, the development of a launch plan, updates to cost model and conducting readiness review).
  • Responsible for creation of training materials and implementing data updates to supporting systems/applications as part of launching the offering for workplace solutions, and support the other launch offering activities as defined in the launch plan
  • Partner with the Solutions Effectiveness Manager and I2O data analyst to form continuous improvement recommendations based on data collected as part of the sustain offering activities.
  • Conduct analysis and develop the retirement plan for workplace solutions offerings, and support the execution of the retirement plan.
  • Participate with S2P team in developing the asset type strategy (e.g. for training space, customer briefing space, etc.) as part of GSS development.

Who you are

BS/BA degree or equivalent, a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.

Analytical thinking by applying innovative thinking models and methodologies, and gather the information necessary, to enable analytical problem solving and decision making.

Thorough understanding and experience with Workplace Programs.
