Job Details


The Manufacturing Compliance Tech is responsible for ensuring line personnel on all shifts are in compliance with cGMP's, SOP's, and work order procedures. Performs procedural audits of line operations versus practice, addresses housekeeping issues, and provides continuity between all shifts. The Manufacturing Compliance Tech will assist in the training of new and existing line personnel.


+ Ensure proper line crewing by coordinating the assignment/scheduling of all personnel in a production area.

+ Coordinate the work activities of the line coordinators and material handlers.

+ Review all labor hours charged to work orders in the proper system(s).

+ Ensure that adequate supplies of all commodities are available for packaging.

+ Obtain, verify, and divide work order documentation to make it ready for use by the line coordinators.

+ Aides in the revision of departmental SOP's, work orders exception documentation, training and tracking of CAIR reports and CAPA investigations.

+ Provide support to area supervisors as needed.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned or required.


+ High School diploma required.

+ Requires 5-10 years in the role of Line Coordinator, Group Coordinator or Process Technician in the applied for production area.

+ Must have manufacturing type background with general knowledge of regulatory and cGMP requirements.
