**ROLE SUMMARY**



The Senior Pharma Technician will be the CAPA and CR owner for operations. Single point of accountability for action item assigned via CAPA/CR or other project related task (e.g. Experimental runs). Manages a portfolio of CAPAs (30 plus) across multiple business units.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Action item owner for implementing CAPA (e.g. overseeing document updates and ensuring they are done on time)



+ Action item owner for Change Request (e.g. overseeing document updates and ensuring they are done on time)



+ Reviews documentation including SOPs, TCP's, Batch Records, Monographs, Plant Run Requests, Material Request Forms, Special Sample Requests, Pre-approved Process Protocols, Quality Table Changes



+ Provides support and guidance to line staff when implementing changes.



+ Initiates Change Requests and/or performs CR assessments to support process improvements.



+ Assists in the approval and review of checklists for experiments and evaluations to ensure the project will be adequately performed.



+ Qualified to and completes Event type investigations in Trackwise



+ Managing 30 plus CAPA/CR action item timelines for on time completion



+ Single point of accountability for completing CAPAs on time.







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Must have high school education or equivalent.



+ Must have ability to accomplish a variety of tasks to achieve quality, productivity and safety requirements per SOP's, cGMP's and Plant Procedures.



+ Requires reading, writing and basic math skills.



+ Must have ability to learn, understand and apply SOP documentation and batch record to all areas of production.



+ Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision in performing numerous and varied tasks







**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**







+ Must be able to work in conditions with exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam, solvents and most product solutions.



+ Must be able to read and write, and follow written and oral instructions.



+ Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.



+ Satisfactory performance and attendance is required.
