Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Bentley, supplying products to over 80 countries. As part of our commitment to supplying quality medicines to our patients, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, result driven and enthusiastic self-starter to assist in Manufacturing investigations, improving the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing related processes.

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Support Manager, this position is responsible for:

+ Routine and for-cause quality inspection of products (AQL), production line support tasks, production record reviews and associated tasks.

+ Engaging with cross functional teams as needed to support continuous improvement activities and required decision making ability related to GMP compliance.

+ Routine support activities of the Manufacturing Support Department

+ Performing all duties in an efficient, responsible and professional manner, co-operating and contributing to the overall objectives of the company.

+ Other task and project work as required.

+ Participating in required training for job tasks as required.

Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:

+ Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices;

+ Diligence in documentation of data and attention to detail;

+ Ability to work independently, within a team environment and network across multiple departments.

+ A positive attitude, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills to consistently deliver results on time.

+ Applicants **must** be available to work a **12 hour rotating shift** covering 7 **days a week.**

Other desirable skills and experience:

+ Experience in a production/aseptic manufacturing environment (or similar industry).

+ Demonstrated experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.

+ High level technical writing and verbal communication skills.

+ Tertiary qualification in a science related discipline
