Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Bentley, supplying products to over 80 countries. As part of our commitment to supplying quality medicines to our patients, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, result driven and enthusiastic self-starter to assist in Manufacturing investigations, improving the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing related processes.







Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Support Manager, this position is responsible for:







+ Preparation of Quality Assurance Reports.



+ Utilising lean methodologies to effect ongoing improvement of manufacturing processes.



+ Reviewing and investigating manufacturing issues and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions have been put in place.



+ Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions.



+ Other task and project work as required.



+ Participate in required training for job tasks as required.







Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:







+ Tertiary qualification in a science related discipline



+ Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices;



+ Diligence in documentation of data and attention to detail;



+ High level technical writing and verbal communication skills.



+ Demonstrated experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.



+ Ability to work independently, within a team environment and network across multiple departments.



+ A positive attitude, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills to consistently deliver results on time.



+ Applicants **must** be available to work a **12 hour rotating shift** covering 7 **days a week.**







Other desirable skills and experience:







+ Experience in a production/aseptic manufacturing environment (or similar industry).



+ Green Belt qualification or significant evidence of Method 1/ Yellow belt project completion
