PBC WMS Deployment Associate

The Site Deployment Associate role will have the responsibility of supporting a facilitys WMS deployment. They will support the Site Readiness Plan, Conversion, Deployment and Hyper Care support of the sites WMS deployment. There will be a total of 105 PBC Site deployments by 4 Site Deployment teams with 2 concurrent deployments every 6-8 weeks. The Site Deployment Associate will support the site Deployment Lead and will support any/all of the primary aspects to ready a site for the WMS go-live deployment:

  • Support the Test Phases of the WMS Implementation project. Responsible for application testing of all requirements in order to identify gap/fit via functional analysis and testing.
  • \n
  • Support the Site Readiness execution ensuring that site is ready for deployment. Readiness checklist components will be completed and signed off by site leadership
  • \n
  • Support the execution of the deployment cutover planning as required by Site Deployment Lead ensuring successful WMS system start up with all data and ensuring reconciliation with all PBC legacy systems
  • \n
  • Support the site leadership roles during deployment and hyper care phases and ensure leadership team is ready to support their site after hyper-care phase
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain all living documents for WMS deployment: Standard WMS Operating Procedures (SOPs), One Point Lessons, Reference materials for Fork Lift and Gui Operators. Must know documented processes and update all documents as changes and processes mature as the PBC organization gains WMS knowledge.

  • Own the coordination of training delivery as sites prepare for go-lives or new users are on-boarded to the Core WMS team

Significant travel required with commitment to successful deployments often requiring long work weeks\n Qualifications/Requirements \n

  • 2+ years Logistics/Warehousing experience
  • \n
  • Prior ERP or System Implementation experience a plus
  • \n
  • 4 year degree in related Logistics/Technology field desired but, not required
  • \n
  • Experience with coaching leaders and frontline employees
  • \n
  • Highly organized job control systems
  • \n
  • Ability to travel < 60% of time
  • \n
  • Willingness to learn business functions and WMS application software
  • \n
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • \n
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • \n
