Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and interpreting various forms of a customer’s health plan utilization data to identify potential areas for medical cost savings using a predefined solutions-oriented framework

  • Creating a clear, compelling assessment of a customer’s health risk profile and pairing these insights with recommendations for wellness program design and appropriate care management support

  • Providing additional analytics and outcome measurement to assess the impact that implemented solutions are having on medical cost and various population health metrics

  • Performing needs assessments for training the account management team around customer data insights and strategy; developing and delivering training as required

  • Participating in CAS workgroups charged with gathering research, developing new analytic views and piloting new strategies that motivate health ownership

  • Providing logistical support to internal requests for ad hoc reporting, NDA agreements and other data governance procedures

  • Supporting a team of strategic account executives and account managers in the Central Texas Key Accounts market with projects including contract analysis, SPD and plan document reviews and updates, special ad hoc reporting requests, setting recurring data feeds with external vendors, developing customized broker and customer communications

  • Creating strong and trusting relationships with customers and broker-consultants and acting as a subject-matter expert on reporting systems and capabilities, contracts and documents, products, service processes, etc.
