The Acute Care Division is seeking Market Nurse Recruiters to lead nurse recruitment at George Washington University Hospital in our nation's capital! Excellent compensation package including a unique incentive program that rewards productivity.The Market Nurse Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the market’s full cycle recruitment process. Key Responsibilities (not an all-inclusive list): • Partners with local HR and Nursing Administration to develop, implement and monitor candidate sourcing strategies • Assures that the market has a proactive plan to source and recruit nursing applicant that is flexible and allows specific markets to adapt and revise creative elements as necessary. • Identifies proactive sourcing strategies through utilization of social media sites, niche job boards, and nurse specific professional organizations. • Develops and maintains relationships with colleges/universities to promote our recommendation for employment. • Partners with external advertising agency on national sourcing efforts inclusive of direct mail, email blasts and virtual career fairs. I • Identifies recruiting venues and identifies professional organizations for effective sourcing. • Develops creative strategies to attract talent in markets where there is competition or limited applicant flow. • Keeps process moving by consulting with local HR and Nursing leadership and keeping candidates engaged. • Conducts behavior-based interviews and analyzes applicants’ attributes in relation to specialized training, certification, and work status with consideration to open requisitions across the company to determine possible multiple uses in placement. • Assists in arranging on-site interviews and follows up to determine next steps. • Adheres to weekly and monthly recruitment performance metrics established by the Facility • Compiles recruitment data and reports on information regarding referral sources, applicants interviewed per hire, number of hires per location, cost per hire, days to fill, vacancy rates, and turnover rates in a standardized format distributed regularly. • Maintains and fully utilizes the ATS with accurate, detailed notes in order to allow timely matching of qualified applicants with requisitions. • Assists with on-boarding of new hires through offer letters and follow up communications with local HR and employee. • Attends regional and/or national RN job fairs (e.g., AORN, ENA, AONE etc.) and follows up with prospective applicants within 24 hours of attending job fair.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree , Master's preferred. • 3+ years of healthcare related experience highly preferred
