Job Description:

Global Custom Commerce, Inc. (d/b/a Blinds.com), a Home Depot Company, is hiring Market Research Analysts (Digital Marketing Specialists) to specialize in digital marketing and digital advertising channels, perform research and analysis and develop digital marketing campaigns. Work with business units and functional areas to understand needs, determine their position in the marketplace, and determine effective tactical execution of marketing strategies based on research. Develop content, proofread printed materials, and project manage a wide range of marketing initiatives through completion within established deadlines. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, own several digital advertising channels, and use technical, marketing and analytical skills to increase qualified traffic to our sites in line with our return on investment (ROI) goals. Translate complex findings into written text and coordinate internal and external resources for development of marketing materials. Provide input and recommendations to management based on marketing research, business/functional needs and execution of strategic programs designed to promote and grow enterprise and/or brand awareness. Perform ongoing testing to optimize our marketing efforts. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and factors affecting product demand, report on channel performance and test results, and stays up to date on industry trends and new technologies. In connection with the duties above, utilize experience in the following skills: planning, designing and implementing marketing strategies and brand awareness for assigned channels; analyzing website analytics and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); researching target audiences; and implementing search engine optimized content.
