Description:

The PepsiCo North America Beverages (NAB) Digital and Integrated Media Solutions team is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications strategies across PepsiCo's US Beverage portfolio with the goal of best connecting PepsiCo's brands with consumers. The group is accountable for maximizing PepsiCo's significant media investment while simultaneously identifying and applying innovative and emerging media platforms across the portfolio. The Integrated Media Strategy group also owns the day-to-day relationship with the media community, media planning and buying agencies and ultimately serves as liaison between the media marketplace and PepsiCo's marketing department.

The analyst position in the Digital Innovation group will support the Director on PepsiCo's biggest brand priorities, helping lead the agenda on ensuring the highest level of engagement between PepsiCo brands and consumers. This individual will be accountable for elevating brand tent poles by bringing innovation strategies to life through digital technology and media. This individual will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape to ensure consumer relevant plans that meet overall business objectives. Additional responsibilities include digital playbook management for PepsiCo's internal brand and customer teams, the deployment of best-in-class trends, and basic community management. The analyst with help to bridge the gap between creative ideas and media execution by challenging the status quo, elevating the role communications planning plays in the marketing mix earlier in the creative process and fully integrating media strategy into brand strategy.

  • Leverage and execute digital strategies to drive impactful and creative ways for PepsiCo maximize investments and drive effective and efficient campaigns.
  • Partner with Director and media agency and vendors to develop digital innovation solutions to enhance brand campaigns.
  • Build valuable digital vendor relationships to maintain and update annual digital playbook for brands and customers.
  • Leverage knowledge of both traditional and emerging media platforms in conjunction with a vast marketing proficiency to deliver against both the short-term and long-term objectives of the business.
  • Build and deploy weekly newsletter with mobile and digital trends and best practices.
  • Oversee and control team's social media account for brand and customer promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in digital marketing required; experience in innovation or media with national brands strongly preferred.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that is constantly evolving.
  • Ability to effectively manage needs across multiple marketing teams and their respective resources to execute.
  • Strong working knowledge and enthusiasm for the current and emerging digital landscape
  • Working knowledge of effective digital strategies, tactics and experience managing digital executions/campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital measurement, audience building and KPIs
  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills and be confident in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience collaborating within cross-discipline teams and agency partners
  • Capable of building compelling business cases in PPT or Keynote
