PepsiCo North America Nutrition is looking for a passionate, dynamic marketer who has a strong interest in leveraging digital channels to enhance and expand the brand's relationship with consumers. The Digital Marketer will be a key part of the digital team acting as a strategic thinker, collaborator, executor and project manager. This role is considered to be a rotational marketing position within NAN where a next rotation may be to base marketing, CE, innovation or other roles pending experience, fit and business needs.

The primary focus of this Digital role is to own the development, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing programs for NAN CMO organization. You will work closely with both internal cross-functional partners including Insights, Marketing Strategy & Creative and PR marketers as well as external agency partners including creative and media agencies to bring breakthrough campaigns to life that grow the business. From writing strategic and creative briefs to managing production to building media plans, you will manage our campaign development process from start to finish.

In addition, you will set the strategy for and own different digital properties and partnerships to ensure the on-going health and growth of those platforms.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, creative and technical leadership for all digital marketing programs
  • Lead custom media program execution and content creation
  • Lead Web marketing, overseeing strategy, content development, updates and improvements
  • Educate BU partners best-in-class digital execution & measurement
  • Manage digital agencies (media and creative)
  • Partner with other groups in promotions, shopper marketing, and public relations to develop best in class integrated marketing solutions


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Passion and curiosity for the digital space
  • 3-5 years' experience working in marketing with experience in digital strategy and execution. Working knowledge of and experience with digital advertising, mobile, CRM and social media will be very helpful.
  • Experience with managing projects and agencies
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and digital analysis
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment
  • The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to influence and lead others in the development, direction and execution of marketing projects/campaigns
  • Strong initiative and dexterity breaking down barriers to bring your vision to life.
  • Open to exploring a future career path within NAN broader marketing org
