**POSITION SUMMARY**







To lead a team of marketing colleagues supporting the total PEH product portfolio in the assigned geography.







**Responsibilities**



Deliver brand Revenue and IBA within agreed Opex budget







+ Forecast and phase brand revenue/OPEX, track progress towards target and develop mitigation plan as required



+ Work with GSC to optimize CoGs management and reduce shelf-life issues



+ Monthly P&L review with Finance Director in assigned geography







Member of the Saudi LT Drive evolution of commercial model ensuring deployment of multichannel communication enhancing overall customer engagement Partner with the PEH Regional Marketing Lead to align on plans to maximize growth and penetration of PEH assets Prioritise products within Therapy Areas in terms of allocating resources







+ Invest resources accordingly; A&P, FF, non-traditional channels



+ Ensure optimal marketing support



+ Identify and leverage synergies across brands







Develop operational plans for all PEH brands in Saudi







+ Aligned with Regional plans but specific to assigned market







Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional/global Marketing teams







+ Ensure that programs, tools and materials supplied are fit for purpose







Select best-fitting modules from Regional/Global content with (minimal) adaptation/trans-creation as needed







+ Manage local agencies for trans-creation within guidelines and budget







Ensure excellent execution of plans in-market







+ Close collaboration with Commercial Leads and Field Force and other relevant function



+ Micro-monitoring via KPIs and milestones. Proactively readjust plans to meet/exceed target







Cross-functional brand leadership - Field Force, KAM, Medical etc Coach and develop Marketing colleagues to achieve Best In Class department Ensure the successful identification, planning and exploitation of new product and new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business in line with GEP strategic direction. Ensure successful integration derived from potential acquisitions and alliances

Op Plan in conjunction with Commercial Leads, Marketing team and country manager







+ Includes long range and annual forecasts



+ Includes A&P forecasts, FF allocation and other channels







Ongoing review of forecasts and adjustment of LE as required







+ In conjunction with Finance, Commercial Leads and and country manager

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**



**Qualifications:**







+ 5 years of marketing experience



+ Minimum 2 years people management experience



+ Bachelor's Degree; master degree or MBA desired
