Supply Chain Marketing Equipment Management Associate Supervisor

This person contributes to The Pepsi Bottling Group's success by leading the marketing equipment placement and maintenance for a location.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities


  • Establish flexible staffing levels to achieve customer activation targets
  • Ensure process standards to achieve customer scheduled commitments
  • Ensure marketing equipment assets are maintained in a clean and consistent manner that limits downtime


  • Determine routing standards to ensure staffing capacity
  • Meet or exceed Calls/Technician/Hour Target
  • Monitor Technician Non-Reported and Other Time

Process Improvement:

  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity
  • Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
  • Collect, monitor and reinforce core work measures

People Capability/Training:

  • Provide coaching and support to Equipment Delivery Technicians
  • Identify, schedule, and execute training needs
  • Pepsi PRO training completion 100%
  • Perform blind Field Audits to \"inspect expectations\"
  • Become content expert in Standard Repair process
  • Become an expert in the field of Pepsi-specific beverage equipment

Cost Control/Management:

  • Enforce Overtime Approval Process
  • Monitor Parts Shrinkage & Part Counts
  • Ensure proper process/guidelines for E3 usage


  • Ensure Technicians receive PBG required Safety Training
  • 100% compliance on accident/incident reporting
  • Ensure service vehicles are maintained to PBG/DOT Standards

Basic Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of operations experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Supervisory experience
