General Summary:

The supervisor contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by leading the replacement parts replenishment process within the Main Part Room. This person is responsible for the supervision of front line employees; he or she must lead coach and support their team to achieve productivity, quality and customer service targets while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Provide leadership to Main Part Room frontline by ensuring key business and people metrics are met through effective communication, coaching, planning and direction.
  • Ensure the safety of the facility and employees.
  • Select, coach, train and develop Main Part Room Frontline Personnel.
  • Work with frontline in order to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills.
  • Maximize Main Part Room efficiency.
  • Ensure the Main Part Room meets the annual operating plan budget.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with parts distribution is an asset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency; Microsoft Suite
  • Start time to be determined.
