Excite Biscuits Manager
Principal purpose

Lead the innovation agenda for Foods BU, being responsible of the stage gate process fulfillment and a resources enabler to meet PepsiCos PSP and AOP objectives, making sure of reaching innovation percentage. Also is responsible of give a broad understanding to higher levels of the innovation initiatives launched over the past 3 years.

Main responsabilities

  • Manage BUs innovation pipeline through stage gate process and assure it is aligned with its strategy and business financial KPIs to have a bigger success rate when on market. DE

  • Provide coaching and continuous support to his team members to develop leadership and functional skills.E

  • Follow up on carry over initiatives that still contribute to innovation percentage KPI and generate action plans together with the multifunctional team to successfully reach YE target. IE

  • Lead and coordinate PSP and AOP processes, making sure alignment is made with Marketing, Finance and Sales teams as well as feasibilities consolidation with R&D and Engineering teams to build BUs innovation projects calendar. DE

  • Make sure she/he has adequate resources to implement and execute innovation plan and reach business results. IE

  • Assure fulfillment and a correct execution of innovation initiatives calendar and foresee any possible issue and define an action plan to mitigate it. IC

  • Assure correct alignment and communication with BU directive members regarding innovation pipeline. DE

  • Lead Cheetah monthly meeting and give a broad visibility of innovation KPI and also submit projects to committee authorization. E

  • Manage the BUs innovation budget (investback), prioritizing projects according to AOP. DE
  • Provide continuous support to multifunctional team (Excite, Marketing, R&D, and Finance) to assure clarity and alignment on strategy and objectives. IE

Experience and profile

  • Marketing, Engineering or related degrees.
  • Master in administration, Project management or Marketing.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience on Project Management or Consulting.
  • Stage gate process deep knowledge and multifunctional team management skills.
  • Advaced English (85% - 90%)

Qualifications/Requirements
