Description

Dealertrack DMS, a leading provider of dealership software solutions, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Client Experience. 

The Marketing Manager, Client Experience is responsible for ensuring that clients have a positive experience, leading to increased client satisfaction, customer retention, and peer-to-peer advocacy.

In this position, you will oversee efforts to increase loyalty among Dealertrack DMS users by improving product experience and customer communication. This individual will be responsible for developing and distributing multi-channel client communications that keep customers informed and help them feel valued.

Successful candidates will reflect this core value while maintaining an open and effective channel of communication in order to provide technical support and information on product updates.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Improve product understanding and usage among existing customers while encouraging customer advocacy
  • Learn the voice of the Dealertrack DMS brand and adhere to brand guidelines in all communications
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Dealertrack DMS product in order to effectively communicate features and benefits in a technical sound manner
  • Work with the product team in order to understand product schedules and to communicate updates and releases to clients
  • Effectively communicate client needs, desires, and pain points back to the product development team in order to shape their work
  • Develop and implement customer communication strategies that succeed in motivating desired customer actions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and produce communications
  • Continuously research, learn, and implement best practices for client communication
  • Measure the results of client communication efforts and make adjustments to the message and medium based on past performance


Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 years of client marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in technical/business writing and oral presentation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Digital marketing experience

Preferred:

  • B2B, Automotive or software industry experience
  • Experience using Eloqua, Pardot, and/or Marketo
