Marketing Manager - Content Marcom, APJ 

What You'll Do 
The Content Marcom marketing manager will develop the regional marketing communications strategy to support the Content Hubs core content marketing objectives. The role will plan, implement, manage and evaluates effective Content Marketing including campaigns on time and to budget. 

Reporting into APJ Content Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the regional management and performance of regional content agencies plus an approved network of demand generation agencies across APJ. They will be responsible for ensuring all regional and local agencies are compliant with service level agreements, Brand and Language training. This also includes overseeing all creation of compelling content across theatres to ensure it adheres to the content guidelines, including brand and tone of voice leveraging content marketing tools like percolate. 

The leader will partner with a team of local country marcom managers who are responsible for the end-to-end agency management of content creation and asset production, working alongside the Country Managing Editor and Content Subject Marketing Experts within the countries.

The role requires tight integration with the Country, Digital and Content leaders across the region to optimize execution mix and content promotion aligned to timelines. The Marcom leader should also work with peers in the other Regions to ensure best practice sharing on people, content and processes.  This should also include working with content teams on performance metrics across the region to optimize content through frequent testing and data analysis to maximize ROI.

*	Strong experience in digital integrated marketing communications plus a creative and innovative mindset which is reflected throughout the team
*	Experience managing a network of agencies and ensuring performance across the region
*	Exceptional leader who understands how to motivate and inspire a distributed team
*	Regional Budgetary experience and measuring content marketing performance

Our minimum requirements for this role are:
*	6 years+ of Marketing Communications of Content Marketing experience at a regional or global level.
*	Demonstrable agency management performance experience
*	Experience of working in a global organization, ideally in IT or Telecoms
*	Highly creative with a proven ability to develop and manage engaging and original campaigns through different channels. 
*	Strong leadership, influencing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organization 
*	Ability to think and act strategically
*	Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools to obtain metrics and reports.
*	Strong project management skills with the ability to move campaigns forward in a complex environment whilst actively managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and delivering on time 
*	Proven copywriting and editing skills whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines. 
*	Track record of leveraging traditional, web and social marketing channels.
*	Awareness of latest marketing trends
