-  You will be responsible for marketing Cisco’s Networking Services portfolio. 

-  You will craft and execute on impactful content targeted to specific audiences covering IT professional, managed and support services. 

-  You will develop positioning and messaging for customers, partners and internal sales. 

-  You will lead the content creation that includes blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, ebooks, infographics, videos, customer proof points and references and more. 

-  You will track content performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and relevance of content. 

-  You will build and execute an annual editorial calendar along with the regional marketing teams, including integration of service messages to global programs, launches that support overall messaging.

-  You understand market trends, competitor’s marketing and can analyze our differentiation in the market. 


We are the portfolio marketing team within the Services marketing group. We work closely with the product management teams to develop and execute a Services marketing plan with a deep understanding of the product and solution portfolio, market, trends, competition and Services portfolio. We work with marketing teams for global amplification and driving of revenue impact. 


Do you offer 7+ years of professional content writing and marketing experience in the IT Services or technology industry?

Do you possess a BA/BS degree?

Are you a candidate with a broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for the new and how services can promote and sustain their adoption? 

Can you demonstrate awareness of the latest marketing trends (outward focused)?

-  You have a deep understanding of the Technical Service industry with the ability to collaborate, lead and work in a dynamic matrixed organization. 

-  You offer an established track record of developing impactful marketing content from conception through to execution for at least two types of ITS services.

-  You have strategic and tactical expertise in social media, experience in copywriting and editing, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. 

-  You balance project management skills that are needed daily and are comfortable collaborating with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team.
