Job Description

The Marketing Manager for Naked Juice will assist the Marketing Director in planning, organizing and executing marketing of specific brand or product lines. Responsibilities focus on marketing program execution, tracking and business analysis, and commercializing new products that support strategic business objectives. A blend of business management and brand development skills are critical for success.

Responsibilities include, but arent limited to:

  • Leads the strategy and execution of key Marketing Plan programs via Social Media, PR and on line media.
  • Leads agency partners developing excellent relationships to achieve outstanding results in the market place.
  • Supports Brand Director in identifying key issues, evaluating competitive & market trends, tracking results and formulating recommendations. Work closely with Market Research and Category Leadership teams to develop insights.
  • Develops and manage business analysis for annual business plans and strategic plans.
  • Strives to provide recommendations for innovative communications that are feasible and effective.
  • Works with Visual Communications team to create brand identity, packaging and graphic development for consumer promotions, in-store, PR initiatives, merchandising and interactive programs.
  • Tracks and maintain budgeted financial targets, including media and production, promotion, accounts-specific programs, market research and packaging.
  • Actively participates in brand strategy and communications development.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must have a BS/BA degree along with 3-5 years of direct, full-time work experience. MBA strongly preferred. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following skills through specific work experiences and identifiable business results:

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong results orientation.
  • Quantitative strength and proven competency in assembling data and extracting consumer insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cross-functional project team experience.
  • Experience working with field sales.
  • Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing function.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and adjust to different management styles.
  • Sound strategic thinking.
  • Passion for consumer insights and creativity.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time.
