What You’ll Do

You'll manage an existing portfolio of US marketing programs designed for national and regional Partners. You'll, also, work with the Cisco Global Partner Marketing team to enrich the US portfolio - using relevant programs, tools, content and standard methodologies. You will keep your eyes on Partner pipeline to ensure we meet our revenue goals. Partner engagement is another important indicator of success.


In this role, you will also begin to shift the focus from periodic programs and their independent processes to an ongoing seamless workflow. One that connects Cisco and Partners across marketing and sales for the best omni-channel customer experiences. To do this, you will tackle some big things. These include establishing a holistic prioritization of opportunities for Partner sellers; and, creating a predictable and personal presentation that brings the right data and resources together and makes it easy for sellers to take the next smartest action.


Keeping Partner and Cisco stakeholders up to date is a critical part of the role, too. You will create and drive a communication plan. Quarterly, you will assess and report feedback and overall program performance.


Who You Will Work With

Our team works to understand Partner needs and constantly evolves marketing programs for true Cisco differentiation. We also ensure our programs are sensible inside of larger Partner go to market plans. To do this, we collaborate with many at Cisco and our Partners. In particular, Partner-facing Marketing Managers, Partner Sales Leaders and Sellers, Cisco Sales-facing Marketing Managers, Cisco Sales Leaders and Sellers, Operations Managers, Customer Insights Specialists, Marketing Automation Specialists and Content Specialists will all be part of your network and key to your success.


Who You Are

You like creating strategy and diving deep on execution. You've got lots of experience working with Partner marketing and sales teams. You are adept at navigating big teams and motivating change through them. You are a Marketer - with Digital and Omni-channel know-how. At a minimum, you have 5 years of relevant experience and a minimum of a Bachelors degree. 


Desired skills:

  • You have experience collaborating with X-functional teams and leadership
  • You've gained over 5 years of partner marketing expertise
  • You describe yourself as a data-driven problem solver
  • You're process oriented and look
  • Your tool belt includes - SFDC, Leads & Prospects, CCW, PMC, Domo, Excel, Eloqua
  • You are an experienced digital marketer and have Omni-channel campaign management experience
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills
