Job Details


+ Is responsible to achieve business objectives through managing people & team

+ Is responsible to develop strategic planning for Developed Asia Cluster and Korea

+ Clearly understand the BU objectives and healthcare landscape

+ Leverage strategic thinking to lead the development of strategies and resource planning that will influence Pfizer's business results

+ Is able to communicate, influence and negotiate with senior leaders and cross-functional key stakeholders in regard to portfolio strategies

+ Influence team members to work with towards goal achievement by using appropriate leadership behaviors


This position reports directly to the Developed Asia Cluster Lead, Oncology IDM Region. It has responsibilities of managing the marketing team of direct reports and oversees strategic planning of Developed Asia Cluster and Korea.


**Marketing Planning & Strategies Development**

+ Development of marketing plans & strategic objectives

+ Lead identification lifecycle opportunities including new indications, formulations, customer segments, pricing.

+ Manage & lead brand marketing plan development and evaluation & review of brand plans developed also required.

+ Take the initiative of oncology environment shaping efforts to improve cancer patient access to new oncology drugs in collaboration with H&V, Corporate affairs division **Implementation of Strategies & Tactical Guidance**

+ Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies outlined in the operating plan.

+ Optimize marketing resources allocation in addressing any upsides/shortfalls that occur in financial goals.

+ Manage product / therapeutic area / budgets as agreed within the marketing plan & modifications agreed throughout the year.

+ Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with internal/external codes of practice & approval procedures.

+ Review & approve promotional materials, programs and initiatives within agreed financial authority.

+ Enhance marketing effectiveness across marketing division. **Strategic Planning**

+ Coordinate Developed Asia Cluster(Korea, Australia and New Zealand) operating plans, brand plans and collaboration with IDM (International Developed Market: EU, Japan, Korea, ANZ) regional teams in a timely manner

+ Develop long-term goals and strategic objectives for Developed Asia Cluster. Identifies and analyzes issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.

+ Collaborate with commercial and medical teams in Korea/ANZ to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency

+ Evaluate and propose new initiatives and improvement areas in systems, ways of working, and capability development, etc. from planning, commercial, business management perspectives. **New Product Planning**

+ Ensure flawless launch readiness of new products in Korea with thorough market understandings and developing strategic collaboration with region/global.

+ Build up strategic partnership with medical societies to identify issues & opportunities, unmet needs of markets in developing favorable treatment environments

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal regulatory approval and P&R application. **Team Leadership & Organizational Development**

+ Develop goals / objectives & effectively manage the performance of assigned marketing personnel through coaching, counseling, training, role development & personal direction.

+ Enhance and follow-up marketing career development plan.

+ Support recruitment, development, and retaining of talent across the marketing organization. **Interaction with Customer & Cross Divisional Team Working**

+ Ensure adequate brand advocacy through effective interaction.

+ Ensure the working relationship between relevant functions/ personnel is being effectively managed by the team to maximize the effective implementation of brand & portfolio strategy. **Companywide initiatives**

+ Support & provide input into companywide initiatives and actively participate in the activities / initiatives.


+ Minimum 6 years of Marketing Experience

+ Strong strategic and analytical skills

+ Proven record of successful management of brand or portfolio

+ Fluent in writing, speaking and listening English

+ Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

+ Capability to lead change and innovation

+ Familiarity with marketing and business principles **KEY COMPETENCIES**
