The Marketing Planning Manager (MPM)
leads marketing planning, develops and manages marketing strategies and
tactics for the Optum360/Coding Solutions business unit. The MPM is
responsible for working with peer MPMs, the Coding Solutions Senior
Director of Marketing, business unit leaders, sales leaders, and
marketing services and analytics team members to plan, prioritize and
manage marketing growth initiatives that drive sales and differentiate
Optum360 from its competition. The position works closely with leaders
of shared marketing services in Communications/Events, Response
Management, Marketing Analytics, Operations, Interactive Services and
Creative Services to execute and measure the programs, with active
circular management of results to future program refinements.
