Role Summary:
As an integral function of the Marketing team, this role will support production requests from various departments producing material for clients. This role will collaborate with colleagues to coordinate production projects within the team and across PGIM Fixed Income where necessary. As a part-time team member, this role will work three days a week with hours that may vary based on business need.
  • Production of material including: client pitch books, brochures, and event-related materials or other items as needed across all departments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to determine selection and layouts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all documents
  • Partner with production colleague to ensure project production requests are met in a timely manner. Maintains a real-time departmental log to track marketing deliverables associated with events/projects.
  • Provides status updates of changes and issues clearly to necessary parties
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.


  • Experienced in Microsoft suite specifically Word and Power Point
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment
  • Experienced project management skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
