Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Provide liaison services between CHHS and referral sources in order to satisfy referral source needs, i.e. program information, problem-solving, service recovery, in-services/trainings, tours, and conferences.

  2. Determine potential needs and demands for services, regardless of whether they are currently provided by CHHS.

  3. Follow up on admissions and account activity.Use contacts to network and develop new referral sources.

  4. Continually monitor competitor information and services.

  5. Implement and conduct pre-qualified sales calls/contacts (40-45 per week). Rotate weekend marketing responsibilities with partner.

  6. Attend and participate in Business Development team meetings.

  7. Submit weekly sales call reports and monthly activity schedule.

  8. Maintain records, reports, and statistics as needed.

  9. Adhere to established facility and departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and performance standards

  10. Promote a positive work environment and positive guest relations.

  11. Communicate referral source needs and information that would be helpful to the Admissions/Management team

  12. Assume and/or perform additional duties as requested.

  1. Bachelor’s level degree with at least two years experience in direct sales/marketing.

  2. Must be able to focus on new lead generation, quality referral source development, as well as maintenance of current accounts.

  3. Must have strong knowledge of referral development and demonstrate strength in account management processes.

  4. Must be able to perform assignments with minimal supervision.

  5. Must be able to make sound, independent judgments based on ethical principles.

  6. Must have skills in trouble-shooting, flexibility, and prioritizing workload.

  7. Must be able to collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion.

  8. Must have effective comprehensive reading skills, strong communication skills, written and verbal.

  9. Must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  10. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret professional information, data, marketing trends, and industry-related policy.

  11. Must possess a valid state driver’s license with appropriate endorsement.
