Description ROLE SUMMARY

• Conducts Master Training of IMEx content across PGS network.

• Develops & Delivers Train the Trainer courses for site IMEx trainers.

• Conducts evaluation of learning transfer.

• Conducts needs analysis & course development for multiple audiences

• Designs Mastery evaluation of course content

• Utilizes multimedia & experiential learning methods

• Coordinates Learning Plant activities across network


• Expert knowledge In IMEx content, and training delivery.

• Conducts evaluations of learning transfer.

• Supports Documentation Change Management Process of Training Academy & content design.

• Conducts training needs analysis & course design with users

• Development mastery evaluation

• Utilizes rich mix of learning methods- to include multimedia authored tools, hands-on

experimental training

• Trains Trainers

+ Ability to manage complex multi stakeholder document review processes

+ Responsible for version control management of collaboration tools (e.g. Share Point)

+ Promote inter-site knowledge and document sharing to reduce overall workload

+ Assess knowledge sharing needs


• Instructional experience & course design minimum 3 years.

• BA Education or Science.

• IMEx Content Knowledge- specific & deep.

• Technical communications and classroom delivery experienced.

• BA Education or Instructional Systems Design

• Software and authoring tools- learning based

• Technical communications, writing & editing


• Creative team based environment.

• Working closely with end users in PGS site environment.


Travel estimated at 70% 30-36 weeks per year- mostly within region (N. America, LA, Europe/ME)
