Sodexo is seeking a Maximo Application, Tools Development & Innovation Manager to join our Maximo Application, Tools Development & Innovation team. This is a virtual position and will require the ability to travel 30-45% within North America. 


About this position:

You will focus on the application development and innovation of new tools for the delivery of Service Operations functions including Maximo and FM Information Systems.  Use analytical skills to find solutions and define workflows to meet client needs. Promote continuous improvement by developing integrated tools to deliver single or simplified interface(s) to our clients to enhance their service experience. Develop new tools that integrate with Maximo that fill gaps in our service lines while broadening Sodexo's capabilities in the market.


Are you the one?

Our ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills. PMP is preferred.   Have excellent technical writing skills to aid in the creation of training material.  Ability to learn, understand and explain complex reporting and the technical process.  Strong  presentation, organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.  Have the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization in a collaborative team environment and with minimum supervision.  Experience with Facilities Management.  Experience with IBM Maximo software application.  Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new related software. 


Location and Travel

Remote candidates should reside near a major airport within the U.S.  This position will require up to 30-45% travel.

Position Summary

Supports the Hard FM (Asset Management and Engineering) Services of the North America FM Platform and the Global FM Platform to define Sodexo's asset management and engineering (Hard FM) services. Supports the design and delivery of efficient and cost-effective processes for the deployment of the asset management services for all Hard FM operations across all Market Segments. This position will be deployed to each site account to conduct the asset inventory, criticality and condition assessment as part of the Asset Management Services.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
