ADP is hiring an Associate Business Analyst. In this position, you will document and analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase throughput and quality across the background screening business. You will help define metrics, track them and conduct periodic trend analyses to foresee trouble spots. Also, you will carefully monitor daily order and backlog volume to identify potential customer impacting issues and alert operations managers to address them. You will also help operations managers with identifying operational processes improvements and increase the effectiveness of technology products.


  • Evaluate current operational processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Analyze key business trends to drive capacity planning to increase resource utilization.
  • Define, assess and validate key performance metrics from time to time and determine if associate measurements are appropriate and accurate.
  • Able to test reliability of data and make future suggestions based on trend analysis discovered.
  • Identify quality issues across background screening reports sent to customers.
  • Monitor daily background screening orders and backlog identify issue areas to put tactical preventive measures.
  • Identify opportunities for increased use of technology to reduce turnaround time of background screening.


  • Bachelor's degree required - May 2018 graduate
  • Versatility with Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to create presentations and articulate ideas and recommendations
  • Willingness to challenge the status-quo

  • Ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, and outstanding ability to work with key stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or SCRUM methodologies.
  • Minitab or other statistics packages
