Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Medical Records Processing which includes placing charts
  • Support nursing units, physicians, Case Management and Patient Service Access
  • Moderate work experience within own function
  • Some work is completed without established procedures
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others
  • Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
  • Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • Ability to work 14 hours per week with availability to support availability to support the day, evening, and night shifts, working various days, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability do training for 4 weeks Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge in medical record terminology
  • Bilingual abilities
