This role will be responsible for flawlessly managing partners, internal & external stakeholders, as well as campaigns. To be successful in this role, this individual will need to have an extremely high attention to detail, be comfortable with ad technology, possess strong analytical skills and have excellent time management skills. This role will report to the Head of Ad Operations.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:

+ Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Operations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

+ Ensures operational objectives are communicated to cross-functional business partners and external partners to raise awareness of business performance

+ Leads process improvement and cross-functional projects for Operations to completion

+ Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Monitors compliance of external partners (for example, suppliers, transportation) with established Operations processes

+ Performs analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement

+ Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 3 years experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years experience in marketing or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1 year experience managing cross-functional teams.

+ 1 year of supervisory experience.

+ 2 years experience in online marketing.

+ 2 years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.

+ 3 years experience in direct or indirect retail marketing, including product marketing and brand management.

+ Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
