As the Media Manager & Perception Shaping Lead for Service Provider:

           You will hold the responsibility for the Media budget.

           You will be the authority in how we reach customers across paid channels utilizing segmentation and targeting tools and data.

           You will lead the design, planning and implementation of audience targeting for all digital activity in SP Marketing

           You will work with our agency of record setting the media strategy for SP customer segment with a special focus on digital.

           You’ll put it into motion, and optimize plans to meet our campaign goals and critical metrics.

           You will develop media briefs, annual and quarterly media landscape, and media budget and phasing by regions.

           You will track, monitor and analyze critical metrics and optimize our channel mix, partners, and placements throughout the year

           You will set paid search terms and coordinate media placement with the agency, you will also make recommendations to optimize spend.

           You will act as the liaison to agencies and corporate media team, coordinating with the Social Media Manager and Regional Omnichannel Managers.

           You will define, build, update the audience, persona, industry tiers segmentation aligned to plans.

           You will handle audience segmentation through DMP platform such as BlueKai

           You will embed the segment within the agency execution platform.

           You will coordinate with various SP Marketing teams to ensure that the proper assets are delivered to the media agency for a placement

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in digital media, business, communications, journalism, marketing, data science, or relevant/related field?

Do you have prior experience with paid digital media account planning? (4 years min, 7 years best).

Do you know how to navigate complex organization and facilitate multiple stakeholders?

Do you have shown experience with integrated ad campaigns across multiple devices (mobile-first) and media channels?

Do you offer experience in the Service Provider customer segment and audience?

You are experienced in working with various web publishing & digital marketing tools such as Eloqua, BlueKai, Google AdWords, Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target, LinkedIn, Tealium, DoubleClick (DCM), DBM, Google Analytics and Omniture..You offer ability to optimize and analyze performance across multiple channels, especially digital (programmatic, paid search, social and content syndication).

You have developed successful full-funnel, multi-channel B2B media campaigns, including strategy and execution.

You can build and make the most of relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues.

You can think analytically and use sound judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
