MedicareAdvantage Agent Engagement Manager is responsible for relationship building with Sales Agents, Community Based Organizations (CBO) as well as key Providers and Specialists that have large dual eligible membership. This person will be responsible for training and creating growth opportunities for field Sales Agents, executing Specific Marketing Initiatives, tracking Sales throughout all TX DSNP Markets, as well as serves a resolution Specialist for the Agents.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build Agent specific marketing plans to support with Medicare Independent Agents
  • Assesses and interprets Agents needs and requirements
  • Enhance relationships with strategic Agents and Providers
  • Assist in developing effective product plans by interpreting, summarizing and presenting relevant market data in order to ensure market driven product planning
  • Assist with Agent Events, recruitment, training, and grassroots marketing across Texas (travel)
  • Strong Presentation, Verbal, Organizational and Leadership skills
  • Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet to provider reports weekly and monthly on sales
  • Must meet commitments consistently, work independently, ability to focus on the goal and have strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to quickly gain trust, influenced and follow through to meet the objective
  • Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted growth, retention, and enrollment expectations.
  • Experience with Medicare
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with in a matrix organization
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a deadline driven environment
  • 3-5 years proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • 3-5 years’ experience in meeting and exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets
  • Medicare experience
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
