LCCA is seeking a dynamic, full-time Mental Health Technicians.  The MHT participates in total direct care of residents with psychiatric disorders; supports the milieu; and ensures the safety and well-being of the residents in our care primarily through maintaining patient, program, department and related documentation according to policy, including Q-15’s, point sheets, disciplinary action reports and incident reports.

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred.

  • Previous experience in behavioral health and/or experience working with children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorders preferred.

  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with no suspensions or tickets for major traffic violations for at least three years.
