We are looking for a full-time, highly organised, energetic Office Coordinator to support our new Meraki London branch office of 75 - 125 employees. Candidates will have a strong grasp of computer software and technology, audio/visual systems, and enjoy interacting with employees and vendors. Candidate will have the ability to see and meet the needs of the team, work in a professional manner, and have the ability to multi-task between several projects with changing priorities while maintaining a cheerful and fun attitude.


  • Oversee reception - be the first point of contact for Meraki employees & guests

  • Greet visitors, handle incoming phone calls, receive and sort mail, handle package shipment and delivery

  • Manage vendors, food deliveries and take ownership of sourcing various office supplies

  • Coordinate daily lunch service, as well as keeping the pantry stocked

  • Assist with IT desktop setup, daily ad-hoc IT troubleshooting support

  • Provide event and conference room support

  • Purchasing IT and desktop supplies, managing IT assets

  • Handle equipment procurement and inventory

  • Assist with projects and general administrative duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organised, diligent and resourceful

  • Understanding challenges related to both working in a small 200 person tech office while operating within the oversight of a global company with 70,000 employees.

  • Demonstrated problem solver with the ability to triage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Track record of excellence in a customer-service oriented role

  • Solid computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Google Applications

  • Technical background required: basic IT troubleshooting skills, A/V, and light desktop support

  • Familiarity with basic principals of IT services and building systems such as access control

  • 1-2 years of experience at a growing company in a people-facing role
