Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
This position overseas creative and production of TV and Radio for The Home Depot US and US Hispanic.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

25%-Partners with outside advertising agency to execute national television, radio for The Home Depot
20%-Travels to television broadcast production sets to ensure The Home Depot's needs are being met for in-store shoots, serves as a liaison between the ad agency crew and the store management to minimize the disruption in the store and maximize the efficiency of the broadcast production
5%-Initiates, manages and improves broadcast production schedules and tracking
10%-Supports the long-term planning for broadcast including vision for upcoming large scale events
40%-Ensures the concepts coming from the advertising agency are consistent with The Home Depot brand. Partners with Merchandising , Advertising and Marketing to ensure broadcast creative is consistent with The Home Depot's brand and business needs.

Position reports to Sr Manager, Broadcast Creative
No direct reports

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
4 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:

Broadcast experience (including agency and creative production) with managerial experience (agency) preferred.
