Description:

ADP RPO is hiring a Manager, Veteran Recruiting. This position is responsible for developing innovative and comprehensive strategies in veteran recruiting and supporting the execution of these strategies across the RPO client base.

Act as a subject matter expert, facilitate subject matter expertise learning and development, and mentor other Recruiters. The responsibilities may include strategy design, and process improvement activities and coaching.

ESSENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop deep industry-leading veteran recruiting strategy, strategic plan and drive execution of strategy through client account teams based on collective client needs, including tools, resources, process, and techniques.
  • Drive penetration/utilization of veteran recruiting into RPO client base; manage growth objectives.
  • Represent ADP RPO on select sales engagements with prospects and clients to articulate the value proposition of ADP RPO's veteran recruiting capabilities; work with Sales and Solution Design managers on presentations.
  • Identify industry partners and manage partner relationships supporting ADP RPO's veteran recruiting capabilities.
  • Influence business leaders and provide collateral to encourage client participation in programs, events, and champion our external relationships with diverse organizations.
  • Establish and maintain deep and meaningful relationships with military organizations.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns in veteran recruiting.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Relevant Bachelor's Degree required or the equivalent in experience and education. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in recruiting or related role preferably in a high-performance innovative environment that has demonstrated continuous improvement with significant measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience researching, evaluating and building client-facing recruiting industry best-practices.

Generic Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Proven ability to assess performance, mentor, and coach. Must be able to work under pressure of time constraints and be able to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment. Effective time management and conflict resolution skills required. Ability to motivate and lead others; highly collaborative planning ability; superior business acumen, communication, and business judgment.
