Description Candidate will work onsite at Government location with distributed team responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of a large nationwide deployment of mobile devices. The ideal candidate is very effective at working with several technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ideal candidate takes initiative and requires minimal supervision at identifying issues, understanding risks, how to mitigate risks, and resolve issues with satisfactory acceptance by stakeholders. Candidate is well versed in Microsoft Office products and has demonstrated experience writing compelling documents including requirements, process, RACI, architecture, standard procedures, and other effective job aids.



VMWare Airwatch Experience:



+ Responsible for providing input on best practices for defining, configuring, and managing policies for Airwatch MDM in a fully-managed cloud environment

+ Champion best practices mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.

+ Participate in performing ongoing audits of the AirWatch system and making recommendations and remediation plans.

+ Provide telephone, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis, escalation, and track resolution of issues as they arise.

+ Ability to oversee AirWatch Installation, upgrades and configuration systems and work across multiple support teams involved.



Business Acumen:



+ Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve escalated tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.

+ Interact with multiple support teams (Tier 1-4) and the ability to prioritize and communicate issues and resolution actions.

+ Ability to problem solve and/or research new and emerging technologies related to mobile devices with minimal supervision, including the ability to provide professional documentation of findings/results.

+ Participate in quality audits, surveillance and continuous improvement monitoring as may be needed. Perform corrective actions, if any.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

+ Demonstrated leadership and MDM management experience.

+ Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management.

+ Participate in various meetings with external customer(s), third parties and others.



Other Requirements/Experience:



+ AirWatch Professional Certification preferred + minimum five years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.

+ Knowledgeable in managing iOS, Android devices, and Windows 10 devices with Airwatch MDM solution.

+ Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills.

+ On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.

+ Experience or familiarly with formal quality management processes, such as ISO, NIST or another industry quality management framework(s) is a plus

+ Experience or familiarity with ITIL process framework (ITIL V – extra value) is a plus
