Data scientists, front and back-end engineers, product managers, and web and UX/UI teams collaborate alongside e-commerce experts to envision, prototype, and bring revolutionary ideas to life in a dynamic, flexible and fun work culture.Job Title:Mobile Marketing ManagerPosition Summary:The Mobile Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Sams Club mobile retention programs (push notifications and other mobile initiatives) driving strategy, overseeing execution, reporting on results and leading the innovation roadmap. He/She will be part of the CRM team in charge of customer engagement and sales online and in-store. The role reports to a Senior Marketing Manager in charge of database infrastructure and mobile marketing.


- Manage the Push Notification program for Sams Club (across Sams main and Scan and Go apps) with an aim to drive mobile product engagement, customer retention and sales.

- Create/Maintain ongoing Push calendar partnering with key stakeholders to identify and support business objectives.

- Facilitate production of all mobile app initiatives including but not limited to pulling targeting files, working on copy/creative for push and landing page, setting up push campaigns and AB tests in mobile marketing platform

- Help devise mobile retention strategy for Sams Club in partnership with mobile product, marketing and IT teams.

- Devise and execute on Push/mobile automation and personalization roadmap to deliver 1:1 communications to Sams customers.

- Help identify mobile retention tech stack and assist in building mobile infrastructure for Sams (onboard new vendors and integrate data across systems).

- Report on campaign and mobile installed base results and provide key insights to organization stakeholders.

- Closely partner with Mobile acquisition Lead to help execute and develop mobile adoption campaigns.

+ Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments

+ Drives the execution of marketing projects and initiatives for assigned vehicle(s)

+ Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Maintains and supports the continuous improvement of Online Marketing systems, processes, and capabilities

+ Manages and evaluates the performance of marketing vehicle metrics (for example, revenue, visits, conversion rates)

+ Manages the Online Marketing budget for assigned vehicle(s) (for examples, paid search, affiliates, natural search)

+ Manages the Walmart brand

+ Manages vendor relationships and contracts for Online Marketing initiatives

+ Provides insight for and influences the development of business strategies for assigned marketing vehicle(s)

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or related field and 2 years experience in eCommerce marketing or related field OR 5 years experience in eCommerce marketing or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1 year experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.

+ 2 years experience in retail marketing.

+ 2 years experience managing budgets, including forecasting and reporting financials.

+ 2 years of supervisory experience.

+ 3 years experience in online marketing, including the evaluation and analysis of key performance metrics.

+ 3 years project management experience.

+ Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
