We are currently in need of a Clinic Operations Supervisor to oversee our Northern California Territory. In this role you will be responsible for evaluating the work of clinical personnel, identifying training needs and building training plans for staff.  Moreover, he / she will be responsible in evaluating MSLA clinics, establishing multiyear leases and establishing and managing a clinic oversight program to assure the internal and external reputation of the organization.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Management clinical personnel (Hiring and Retention)
  • Identifies and delivers training needs
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical personnel
  • Conduct quarterly clinic oversight visits
  • Ensure clinics are in compliance with city, county, state, and client requirements
  • Ensure clinic personnel’s credentials are appropriately displayed in clinic locations
  • Ensure clinic personnel’s credentials remain current
  • Ensure clinic is in compliance with safety standards at all times
  • Establish multiyear leases based on organization requirements/needs
  • Analyze and recommend changes in systems and policies
  • Develop and maintain a positive reputation outside of the organization
  • Ensure MSLA remains in compliance with Radiology Quality Control requirement by the Department of Health
  • All other duties assigned by Management

  • Able to lead and motivate others
  • Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels
  • Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail - oriented and organized
  • Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Up to 50% travel in the Northern California Territory
