The role of the Exam Operations Supervisor is to oversee the processing of VA cases for a team of staff to include call center functions.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct day - to - day operation and administration of call center functions
  • Coordinate with other VA leaders to ensure cases are manage in a timely fashion to achieve all contractual requirements
  • Manage client, contractor and customer inquiries to conclusion
  • Schedule and assign duties to subordinates and ensure assignments are completed as directed
  • Analyze staff productivity, performance, and quality
  • Provide reports to show progress, and action plans with due dates to improve outcomes
  • Resolve problems and make changes to accommodate changing priorities and needs
  • Recommend improvements to process flows, processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, engagement and address issues
  • All other duties assigned by Management

  • Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization
