Dealertrack is currently looking for a Team Lead, for Day Shift, to join our team in Sacramento, CA.

The Job:
Under limited supervision, the Team Lead is the subject matter expert and first line of contact for management, internal/external customers and team members.   The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring the daily production to ensure quality and client service level agreements are met.  Day Shift hours are expected to be 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
Responsibilities:
Team Leads will provide back-up support and training for their team.   Additional responsibilities may include; assisting in the development and maintenance of processes, implement client specific processes and communicate process changes to team; review error tracking reports for trends; perform and track inspections to ensure compliance; notify management on issues and problems requiring immediate attention and provide recommendations for resolution; provide coaching and mentoring to new agents and assist the supervisor in assigning and monitoring the team’s daily production. Team Leads may perform the duties of any of their team members.

Qualifications

What We Look For:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years experience in a customer service support position
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Data entry skills required; ability to type 35wpm or greater at 99.6% accuracy
  • Phone skills required
  • Written communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of internal software preferred
  • Previous leadership and coaching skills preferred
  • DMV experience in vehicle titling and or vehicle registration preferred
  • Knowledge of state requirements for automotive titling preferred
  • Day Shift hours are expected to be 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
