**What you can look forward to:**

**Multi-Channel Communication Manager (60%)** :

+ Takes the lead to define and execute the digital and MCM strategy on a x-BU and x-brand level for Pfizer Innovative Health (PIH) Switzerland. This includes developing digital programs and driving their execution, elaborates consolidated digital framework conditions and support the transformation to a customer orientated organization.

**Marketing Manager 2 Products** **40%):**

+ This role is accountable for the commercial success of both IM brands in Switzerland

+ Advance Pfizer CHs MCM/digital capabilities by leveraging regional or global programs & tactics and develop a mid- to long-term digital strategy for PIH.

+ Lay out a roadmap describing our path towards industry leading multi-channel capabilities, providing milestones and KPIs to help us measure our progress on this path.

+ In order to guarantee a consistent One Pfizer approach the position is closely collaborating with Brand teams of all PIH BUs, PEH, Corporate Communication and supporting functions. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant customer insights and content

+ Oversee the execution of initiatives with project management methodologies and tools.

+ Seek out areas of best practice within the business but also learn from other companies and industries to building our understanding of what patients and customers really need from us.

+ Act as a digital ambassador for PIH. Regular assessment of XBU MCC market needs

+ Ensure achievement of brand goals and financial objectives, e.g. revenues, DME budgets, and strategic projects and tactics for respective brands

+ Provide competitive intelligence and market analysis, budget planning, forecasting

+ Development, coordination and implementation of brand specific strategies and tactics in cross-functional alignment and with Co-Promotion partner

+ Establish or maintain relationships with KOLs and other relevant stakeholders in respective indications (smoking cessation, incontinence)

+ Close collaboration with cross-functional team (medical, marketing, finance and international), support of field force if needed

**What we expect:**

+ Studies in business (with the focus on marketing / sales)

+ Experience and track record in Multi-Channel Communication area

+ Knowledge of MCC techniques and tools

+ Proven capabilities of internal and external networking with key stakeholders

+ Ability to manage complexity (across brands, markets, functions, cultures)

+ Knowledge of Swiss healthcare and Pharmaceutical Environment

+ Fluent command of German and English, French being an additional asset
