**Location is San Bernardino, CA**
Primary responsibility is to scrutinize available customer orders \"scrub\" and download/release those orders to the warehouse 24-48 hours prior to the requestd ship date.

  • Pull dock schedule from WMS Web Reports for today and the next two business days.
  • Systematically pull all orders for the next 5 days and create delivery documents for all non-optimized orders.
  • Pull report from the ATP Short Monitor to show projected cuts and communicate the results.
  • Scrub and Release orders that are not on the dock schedule but have a ship date of today or the next two business days.
  • Use the report pulled from the Short Monitor to look at days further out to work replenishment possibilities.
  • Manage International order for Code Date restrictions.
  • Manage Material determination updates and Slash code transitions.
  • Collaborate with Customization to align production schedule with Customer demand.
  • Advanced education (Associates or Bachelor degree) is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skils required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access).
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Problem solving, analytical, influencing and prioritization skills
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desired Skills:

  • Inventory Experience a plus
  • Team Player
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously/self-starter
  • Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively.
  • Willingness to work non-Monday-Friday work week as needed.
