**RESPONSABILIDAD PRINCIPAL / PROPOSITO DE LA POSICIN**



Develop and lead the team of Channel Sales Modern (negotiation and execution) to ensure profitable growth across all customers and accounts channel through excellent execution of our brands to increase market share in the channel in a profitable manner and consistent.







**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES / RESPONSABILIDADES MAYORES**



Leading modern equipment to ensure the correct channel negotiations with channel customers and the proper execution of all activities negotiated in each of the chains



Ensure profitable growth in each of the accounts by providing visibility of future projects internally.



Interacting with the other areas (Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, etc.) to facilitate negotiations with customers.



Ensure a development plan with each of the team members / Development of talent.



Establish effective with each channel customers (monthly visits, business reviews, interact with buyers, etc.) relationships.



properly manage the investment budget / promotions and make it profitable for Pfizer



Meet monthly sales targets and override it for each customer and channels.



Leading promotoria agency to ensure compliance with service levels (KPI's) by sales force

Commercial Excellence PCH



Ensure proper demand planning and product available for billing, define sales quotas.



Finance Pfizer



Interacting to deliver credit notes, billing / Ensure that the customer pays, be on time and the P & L's behalf to ensure its growth.



Human Resources



Follow up development plans / fill vacancies and people development processes.



Logistics



Delivery of products in all customer alamacenes channel.
