The National Account Sales Manager (NASM) is responsible for owning and managing all lines of PepisCo business by developing and delivering customer level AOP (Annual Operating Plans) for PepsiCo Food Service accounts.
This is a great opportunity to be part of PepsiCo Foodservice calling on our largest customer, YUM! Brands comprised of Taco Bell and KFC.

  • Field coverage of the franchisees, in the South West Region
  • Influence key franchises in this area as they own over 75% of the restaurants, allowing for strategic focus
  • Drive fountain, BTG and PO1 initiatives and strategies
  • Play a PepsiCo team role and go deep with individual marketing, operations and volume initiatives to maximize sales and profitability for PepsiCo and our customers.
  • Manage budget expenses: T&E, A&M
  • Liaison between PBC and Bottlers or Foodservice Distributors
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sales, operations and financial processes


Preferred location: This role can be based out of Southern California - Irvine, CA or Denver, CO. Location flexibility out of Arizona as well.


  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop quality relationships based on trust and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills via various mediums with varied audiences
  • Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and dependability
  • Demonstrable collaboration and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to work under stressful time constraint and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to analyze business opportunities and leverage knowledge of customers business, goals and culture to provide win-win solutions
  • Understanding of financial concepts allowing PepsiCo to achieve business objectives in concert with customers
  • Ability to utilize industry knowledge, information and insights to achieve goals
  • Open to travel 30% of time
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
