POSITION SUMMARY: Calls on new and existing National Accounts that process their payrolls decentralized to access product and service requirements for potential ADP product or service sales. Primarily responsible for managing assigned client relationships, including interfaces with ADP key stakeholders in contact administration, implementation and client services to insure the achievement of the region's revenue, profit and retention goals. Enterprise sales professional will call on large, multinational companies typically exceeding 10,000 global employees. Direct contributor will be responsible for penetrating accounts from a defined list by identifying executive stakeholders, evaluating critical business opportunities & issues, scoping appropriate solutions, developing/delivering business case/ROI and ultimately gaining client commitment. Solutions include workforce management and human capital management technology and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Exceed 100% of assigned revenue goal within assigned accounts.
* Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following:
* Compiles "Account Plan" documents for both prospective and existing clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy.
* Produces a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts.
* Develops prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars.
* Broadens knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Education: BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education & experience.
* Experience: Experience as a Major Accounts District Manager or equivalent sales position.
