Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The National Redevelopment Sales Specialist will develop, pioneer and execute the Sale of the RenovationsPlus Supply Chain service platform to the markets of multi-housing property management, the renovation contractor base for multi-housing, as well as pioneer efforts to develop the hospitality and military housing markets with the same service platform.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop new renovation project business with existing client base and new clients within the industry
Prospect and develop new sales opportunities with General Contractors
Formulate and present professional project proposals
Interact with National and Regional Sales Management to acquire projects
Serve as the on-site project start-up manager
Direct and inform Project Management in-depth at time of turnover
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Understand concepts and present a program based on Supply Chain Management
Complete monthly and quarterly sales reporting
Monitor and communicate changes within the marketplace, customer base and competition
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the District Manager
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: 5+ years of sales experience in the field with proven results.
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work and interact with National and Regional Sales Management.
Ability to travel from ‘base city 40% to 60% of the time.
Active, valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
